04 Dec 2020: Bringing coaching to the NHS

I am passionate about people having access to coaching to support them in their wellbeing and my hard work to bring coaching to the NHS has paid off! I am proud to announce that the NHS Primary Care Network (PCN) at North Blaby, Leicester, have appointed Ripple Touch to provide the PCN and member practices a Health and Wellbeing Coaching service. GPs are now starting to refer patients to me!

My goal is to help as many people as I can to learn self-acceptance, so it was great to have people from all over the world join my second Transforming Mindsets workshop. It was also wonderful to collaborate with Perm Perry at Time Out Time Within on this workshop who guided us through a self-acceptance meditation, spoke about the importance of taking the time to stop and tune into yourself and gave some tips on mindfulness. We had some great feedback too: "Meditation session left me feeling really balanced", "I will be doing more of this, it felt great." Time Out Time Within >
